Held at the Fairview Golf Course, located on Route 72, South of Lebanon
Date of event is Sunday September 7, 2008 with a shotgun start at 1:30 P.M.
Price is $65.00 per person
Price includes lunch, greens fees, cart, snacks and steak dinner following event
Format will be 4 Man scramble
Lunch and registration will begin at noon, with the tournament starting at 1:30
Tournament limited to 18 teams
The deadline to register is August 17, 2008
Checks and registration form must be turned in or postmarked no later than August 17, 2008
